Providing residents with living units on both floors, the 85,523 SF facility offers 96 residential suites, each consisting of a bedroom area, sitting area, and bathroom.
The facility has 5,900 SF of shared space and a “haven” on the second floor which includes a memory care “wing” for residents with dementia or Alzheimer’s.
