New construction of a 186,000 SF corporate office campus in Southwest Austin. This Class A office campus features two LEED Certified office buildings, each three stories, atop their own one-level parking podiums. The buildings are linked together by an exterior amenity terrace with a fireplace and shade structures.

The buildings’ skin is comprised of architectural tilt-up concrete panels, and features curtain wall window systems in key locations to emphasize views of greater Austin’s surrounding hill country.
