Located in the Tortolita Mountains with views of the Catalina and Tucson Mountain ranges, Legacy at Dove Mountain is a 168-unit, 118,000 SF multifamily housing community with twelve two-story buildings. The one-, two-, and three- bedroom apartment units feature walk-in closets, cozy fireplaces, side-by-side washer and dryer units, and a private patio or balcony.
The clubhouse includes a kitchen, meeting rooms, a fully equipped fitness center, and office space, all with upgraded finishes. The community area includes a large pool and spa, putting green, and a spacious dog park. The grounds include several small picnic areas.
In addition to six enclosed garages, the project also features covered parking. Sitework included landscaping, sidewalks, driveways, and parking lots.
The project, financed with HUD assistance, was completed in seven phases over a twelve-month period. This phasing required close coordination with the owner, property management team, and local jurisdictions, including the fire department, to ensure the safety of residents occupying the finished units.
