The Liberty Financial, Franklin branch was the second location for this financial institution as the company was expanding to the southern region. The new 12,432 SF full-service bank is a division of ETFCU, an Indiana-based credit union.
The scope of work included a spacious lobby and guest waiting area, fourteen perimeter offices, three conference rooms, a structural vault, bank teller station, dual drive-through with four teller stations, an ATM, and a large open employee workstation area complete with a lounge and a double-sided fireplace.
