Nashville State Community College’s Antioch Campus construction was a two-phased, 120,000 SF project which converted an existing Dillard’s store into the college’s Southeast Campus. Both phases included a 60,000 SF renovation of interior space for use as classrooms, labs, a culinary teaching kitchen, and faculty offices.
