Continuing a long-standing partnership, W.E. O’Neil collaborated with Nordstrom and CallisonRTKL to build a new two-story full-line department store in The Woodlands, just outside of Houston, TX.

The 140,000 SF project was one of the first to feature Nordstrom’s latest interior and exterior design concepts, incorporating natural light, wood finishes and modern fixtures throughout. The store also includes a full-service bistro, Bazille, an espresso bar, and an expansive cosmetics and beauty area, in addition to high-end vendor shops.

The store has won several awards for its innovative retail design, and serves as a fashion destination for the metro Houston area.
