Old Spanish Trail Marketplace

This 130,000 SF retail center in Tucson, AZ includes two buildings housing tenants ranging in size from 2,000 SF to 30,000 SF. Tenants include Office Max; Bed, Bath and Beyond; Ross Dress for Less; Famous Footwear; Party City; and Petco.

The building structures were constructed of a combination of tilt concrete and masonry walls with a wood roof structure. Architectural features include adobe walls and pop out walls constructed of masonry or metal studs with EIFS finish. 16-acres of sitework included grading and balancing the site, creation of retention basins, site concrete, paving, site screen walls, and landscaping.

Construction on this project was on a fast-track schedule and was completed in nine months.
