Construction of the Platt Park North residential community called for vertical construction of 60 units in 10 buildings spanning a 10-acre site.
W.E. O’Neil started this project with the site work, clearing and earthwork, hardscape and retaining walls, landscaping, utilities, and electrical.
Each townhome contains concrete foundations, wood framing, and sustainable MEP systems. Interior finishes to each unit included stainless steel appliances, soft-close cabinetry, a gas range, and a Nest thermostat for energy efficiency.
The residents of this community enjoy oversized garages and a courtyard park inside the community.
