Located in historic Franklin, TN, the 77,560 SF Reddick Family Apartments is the second Franklin Housing Authority project for qualifying families. The 65-unit community is comprised of one-story, two-story and single-family homes, a leasing office, and a playground. The wood-framed apartment buildings offer one-, two-, and three-bedroom options.

The construction also consisted of infrastructure, site grading, utilities, water treatment, and sidewalks on the eleven-acre site.
