W.E. O’Neil completed renovation and addition to five of the ten existing residential cottages at the UT Institute of Agriculture Ridley 4-H Center. 85 SF was added to each existing cabin for a final total of ten 2,703 SF identical cottages. The scope of work included complete replacement of all exterior material utilizing cement fiber siding, thin stone veneer, vinyl windows, and standing seam metal roofing.
Interior renovations included removing VCT and grinding and polishing slabs for new finish, all new hollow metal doors and frames, new drywall on walls and ceilings, CMU modifications, restroom repairs and completely new bathrooms.
Complete replacement of mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems was also included.
Sitework included grading, new concrete sidewalks, drainage, and decorative and chain-link fencing.
