This is the first Rudy’s Bar-B-Q in Tucson and its third location in Arizona. Rudy’s Bar-B-Q is based out of San Antonio, TX and serves brisket, ribs, and sides cafeteria-style in a family-dining atmosphere.
The project is located at Ajo Marketplace, a newly developed site by W.E. O’Neil located across from The Bridges, a 350-acre master plan development.
The new 8,349 SF site features a welcoming restaurant in addition to a small country store. The scope of work includes extensive site work, a building with a service yard, spacious patio, metal roofs, reclaimed wood, metal interior finishes, and indoor picnic tables.
