The Sentinel Plaza, New Armory Apartments is a new, six-story, 150,000 SF senior living apartment complex providing affordable living options to senior citizens in Tucson, AZ. The building is in close proximity to public transportation and includes section 8 housing units which are subsidized for those 62+ years of age and/or disabled.
The project includes 143 one-bedroom apartment units featuring spacious open layouts, individual climate control, and handicapped accessibility. The community includes elevators, onsite laundry, community rooms, fitness, and meeting space. The project received LEED Gold Certification and was also recognized by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) as the winner of the 2013 Senior Living Innovation Award.
