Located on the Soboba Band of Luiseno Indian Reservation in San Jacinto, this project reflects the Tribe’s agrarian heritage. It incorporates the beauty of the surrounding area with water and plantings authentic to the rich history of their use of the land. As a portion of a larger 17-acre masterplan, the project integrates prominent architectural and hardscape elements utilizing organic material and color.
The project is comprised of a 5,500 SF convenience store and a 2,200 SF retail shell and sits on a six-acre site. It offers ten double-sided fuel dispensers, two diesel truck and RV pumps, pump station canopies, a pull-through tunnel car wash, and nine double-sided self-serve vacuum bays.
Site improvements include storm drain improvements, road widening, intersection modifications, and a new entrance road with improvements including landscaping, signage, and water features.
