This new residential care facility for the elderly is inspired by contemporary architecture and includes a beautiful community garden where residents and relax and unwind.
With a conscious focus on the planet, the facility’s design strives to be environmentally friendly, with solar panels incorporating clean, renewable energy.
Designed as a three-story property, it features a 113,693 SF Type III wood-framed structure with underground parking for 58 vehicles to retain a warmhearted feel to the area. The facility will offer 90 living units comprised of 48 assisted living units and 42 set aside for memory care.
The design includes shoring on two sides of the property and deep soil mixing to accommodate the basement level.
