Building on the success of the expanded and rebranded “The Queen Baton Rouge,” we were selected to deliver a similar project in the same market: “Bally’s Baton Rouge.” The 232,000 SF project includes a casino, hotel, and parking garage.
The project involves relocating the casino from the Mississippi River to land, followed by a complete interior and exterior renovation. The casino, now under construction, will occupy the entire 85,000 SF atrium space, and the completed hotel underwent a full modernization. The scope also includes the ground-up construction of a 5-story, 500-space parking garage.
Despite being outside W.E. O’Neil’s immediate office geographies, our teams are working to execute the project seamlessly while maintaining uninterrupted casino operations.
