Originally built in 1933, the historic Chicago Theatre was completely restored and redeveloped. The theater and the adjacent historic Page Brothers Building were integrated into one complex, while preserving the existing exterior facade in order to maintain historic landmark status. The project was completed on a tight 10-month schedule, in time for a pre-booked grand opening show with Frank Sinatra.
