The Landings is a new 134,000 SF waterfront apartment village in Knoxville, TN. Located on the Tennessee River and near the Women’s Basketball Hall of Fame, this development was the final piece to a re-development plan the City of Knoxville launched in 1990. Every unit of the 152-unit complex has ten-foot ceilings, hardwood floors, a private terrace, and a view of the Tennessee River and the Smoky Mountains.
