W.E. O’Neil transformed a 36,000 SF core & shell space into a Total Wine & More in Lakewood, Colorado. After comprehensive renovations, façade upgrades, and minimal site work, the store boasts incredible features such as a cigar humidor, wine cellar, walk-in beer cooler, wine education classroom, wine tasting station, and a beer demonstration and tasting area.

While maintaining our commitment to excellence, we strategically managed costs by repurposing existing conditions such as the HVAC system, existing perimeter walls, and preserving the integrity of overhead doors. This provided a fiscally responsible approach without sacrificing quality.

Fostering an active collaboration with dedicated trade partners, we completed the project within the stipulated timeframe. Our trade partners went above and beyond, working overtime and weekends to uphold the critical path and achieve every milestone our client envisioned.
