Trailblazer Stadium, Locker Room and Press Box Renovation

Jeffco Public Schools required a rebuild of an older locker room and the press box at the Trailblazer Stadium. Along with needing upgrades, it was experiencing inadequate space for the number of visitors that attended each event, as this facility shares time with Colorado Christian University sports teams.

The W.E. O’Neil team built a new locker room with new lockers and shower rooms, four restroom facilities for visitors and home team patrons, a new office and conference room, a concession stand, and an area for film crews to live stream.

The press box is a fully insulated metal panel structure with new windows, filming rooms, coach’s room, roofing, and walk pads. Our team also built a standing seam roof with a snow guard system to help with the longevity of the building.
