International real estate firm Hines is the developer of this 73,392 SF facility which supports the upscale residential area. The self-storage building is managed by CubeSmart, a national operator based in Pennsylvania, and boasts 503 climate-controlled units with individual access during non-business hours. Interior finishes include a spacious lobby and welcoming sales counter. The construction was comprised of masonry exterior with metal building frame and standing seam roof.
