New construction of a seven-story, 227,000 SF state-of-the-art student housing building near the University of Texas Austin’s West Campus. The facility is intended to provide UT-Austin students a balance of affordability, luxury and privacy in shared living spaces.

Smart-home technologies such as in-unit automatic controls of Lutron lighting systems, music and TV controls from a mobile phone, motorized blackout shades, and projector screen room dividers bring modern conveniences to student housing.

Unit layouts include 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom options. We coordinated and installed all FF&E for the project.

The building features several community amenities, including:

• Covered bike/scooter parking
