The project consists of approximately 212,000 SF of new casino; a 650-stall, four-level precast concrete parking garage; and associated sitework, utilities, hardscape, and landscape.
The casino features 800 of the most innovative slot themes and 350 seats for bingo. Multiple dining and café options range from fine dining and sports entertainment to buffet and several full-service bars.
W.E. O’Neil assumed the duty of owner’s representative/advisor on this project. Responsibilities included oversight of the architect, general contractor, and all specialty contractors and vendors.
