Westbury Apartments Building E is a three-story wood frame, 67-unit apartment building totaling 62,000 SF. The building design for this complex features a common area and community room with custom millwork and finishes. Features in each unit provide a comfortable living space for residents, including Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) flooring, Thermafoil cabinets, laminate countertops, a washer/dryer, and a private outdoor deck or patio. The structure of the building consists of a post-tensioned slab on grade with a Concrete Masonry Unit (CMU) elevator core with an exterior skin of masonry and stucco and an Ethylene Polypropylene Diene Monomer (EPDM) roofing system.
